北海道の自然の恵みをいっぱいに受け育てられた黒大豆を使ったお味噌♪
原料の黒豆の栽培には、農薬はもちろん肥料さえ使わずに作りました。
生産者は、北海道の自然栽培の哲人秀さんとも言われた父から、無肥料・無農薬のこの究極の農法を引き継がれた佐藤哲義さんです。
農産物の気持ちを考え、時にはやさしく語りかけながら、お世話し作っています。
種は長年自家採種したものを使用、元々の品種は光黒になります。
あるがままに限りなく近い栽培方法、自然の甘みと旨みがたっぷり詰まっています。
長期熟成なので、深い味わいがあります。
お味噌なので常温でも大丈夫ですが、添加物を一切使用せず、生きた味噌です。
そのため、お届け後は冷蔵庫での保管をおすすめします(*^^*)
