長期保存が可能で、普段使いはもちろん、非常食として

大豆と塩のみを原料に木桶に仕込み、熟練の職人の手で天然の
川石を円錐状に積み上げ重石とし、二夏二冬（２年以上）
天然醸造で熟成させました。濃厚なうま味と少々の酸味・渋味のあるコクが特徴です。
お味噌汁をはじめとした味噌料理はもちろん、料理のコク出しにもお使いいただけます。
