食べ方 塩抜きをして食します。塩抜き後は早めにいただいてください。
※塩の抜き方
１、もずくをたっぷりと水の張ったボールなどに入れます。
２、塩を少々入れ、軽くもずくをほぐします。
３、10分ほど待って、軽くもずくを洗います。
４、更に、3～4回水洗いをします。(味見をして塩気が強ければ洗いを更に行います。)
５、水をしっかりと切り、お好みのレシピでお召し上がりください。

・長時間漬け置きし過ぎると、もずくのぬめりが抜けてしまいます。
・まれに海藻、小エビ、貝類が混入している場合がありますが、
