切葉とは少し短く細筋が混ざるわかめの部分です。
しかしながら荒波に揉まれた外洋育ちのわかめなので歯ごたえ十分です！
*在庫により細筋になる場合もございます。
別等級は色のボイル工程で色の剥げた部分が混ざる等級で見栄えが悪いだけで触感的には問題ございません。

産地は宮城の石巻十三浜か岩手の湯通し塩蔵わかめとなります。
わかめの収穫時期は2月～5月で一年間通して同じ収穫時期の販売となります。仕方って長期冷凍保存も可能です。
