南あわじ市三原地区において、土づくりは地元酪農家と連携し、牛堆肥をベースに土壌改良、肥料は特殊な醗酵液で処理されたものを使用し栽培した玉ねぎです。
日陰で風通しの良い場所で保管頂き、出来るだけ早めにご賞味頂ければと思います。格外品ですが、痛みのひどい所は除去してもらえると問題なく、味は秀品と比較しても同じです。是非、この機会にご賞味頂ければ、幸いです。
