ストラットタワーバー タワーバーは左右のストラットタワーを固定し走行時に起きるアライメントの変化やボディの歪みなどを抑える効果がある。 ストラットタワーは走行中、常に外部からの応力（コーナリング時、加減速時、細かい凹凸のある路面や段差など）によりアライメント変化を引き起こす。更に継続的にストレスが掛かることにより、少しずつ歪みが生じてしまう。アライメントの変化、ボディの歪みによってタイヤから路面へ力を伝えづらくなり、トラクション性能、コーナリング性能が弱まり踏ん張りの効かない状態になる。 このような状況に対応する方法の一つとしてタワーバーの装着がある。左右のストラットタワーを繋ぎ剛性を高めることで、アライメントの変化、ボディの捻じれ歪みを抑制する。サスペンション付近は路面からの応力を大きく受け、フロントは操舵性に大きく影響する為、ボディ補強にタワーバーは必需品といえる。自動車メーカーが純正でグレードの高い車種やスポーツタイプの車種にタワーバーを取り付けるのはこの為でもある。簡単に取り付けが出来るにもかかわらず、高い性能を発揮する最も効果的な補強パーツである。 ウルトラレーシングでは車種によって異なるが、複数タワーバーの種類があり、通常2点留めより更に剛性を高くする3点、4点留めのタワーバーもラインナップしている。材質をスチールにし、取り付け部分とバーを一体型の1ピースにすることにより、より高い剛性にしている。フロントはハンドリング時の操舵性やレスポンスなどが飛躍的に向上する。リアはストラットタワーを中心に足回りが安定することにより、リア駆動車や4WD車のトラクションが向上する。更にドレスアップ商品としての魅力もあり、エンジンルームやトランクを開くと真っ先に目立つ純白のタワーバーはインパクト抜群である。
