丸幸ラーメンセンター」は、昭和40年の創業以来、
コクのあるクリーミーな豚骨ラーメンで老若男女問わず
ラーメンで仕上げました。
めんは厳選した小麦粉を使用し、
22番切刃で切り出した中細仕様。
かやくとして店舗をイメージした紅しょうが付き。
「丸幸ラーメンセンター」（まるこうラーメンセンター）とは、
地元で知らない人はいないほどの知名度 を誇っている
国道3号線沿いの 大箱ロードサイト店で、
“国道系ラーメン” とも呼ばれているのですが、
駐車場100台・客席150席という キャパシティの
超大箱店にもかかわらず、 舌の肥えた地元民に愛され、
昼時には店内全席埋まって 外にも列ができるほどの人気ぶり。
丸幸ラーメンセンターは昭和40年（1965年）2月創業となる
老舗ラーメン店なのですが、
そのルーツは昭和27年（1952年）
久留米市日吉町の文化街入口に開業した
「幸陽軒」（こうようけん）にあり、
初代店主・原口幸春氏は食べ歩きの経験を活かした
見様見真似の独学でラーメンを始め、
当時わずか席数18席で1日500〜600杯を
売り上げる 伝説のラーメン店に育て上げたそうです。
