スープはどちらかというと、あっさり系の豚骨スープです。
麺は若干素麺っぽいが、さすがに棒麺タイプとあって 、
インスタント麺らしさがあまりなく、生麺のような 食感を味わうことができます。
市場にはあまり出回ってないレアなラーメンです！！！
「さがんもん」は「佐賀者」という意味です。
お好みで、ラー油や胡麻などの調味料を
入れると いっそうおいしく召し上がれま す。
たまにはちょっと変わった珍しいラーメンはいかがでしょうか。
地元九州でもあまり見かけないラーメンです。
九州の棒ラーメンといえば、マルタイやサンポーが 有名 であるが、
この「さがんもんの干しラーメン」という 商品は
見たことも聞いたことも無い。
大坪製麺は神埼そうめんの製造業者の多い
佐賀県神埼市内のメーカー。
地元では「まるかん」の屋号でも知ら れているという。
このラーメン自体は割と古くからあり、
地元では長き にわたって親しまれてきたそうだが、
以前の商品は麺 を別に茹でなければならなかったそうだ。
それを2012年に一つの鍋で手軽に作れるように改良し 、
パッケージも一新されました。
初めてこのラーメンを食した時、 期待以上の 旨さに驚きました。
