真空低温調理製法にて、長時間じっくり時間をかけて丁寧に焼き上げた自慢のローストビーフです。原料にはオーストラリア産の内モモ肉を使用し、ウェットエイジング（真空熟成）をかける事により、「柔らかさ」を向上させております。
味付けはシンプルで少し薄めにしております。お肉自体がソースに絡みやすいので、お客様お好みのソースにてアレンジ可能です。
1パック約500ｇと小ロットのため使い勝手も良いです。
