冷凍メンブレンを使いやすいように約３ー５cm幅くらいでカットしてあります。約１ｋｇ冷凍の状態で、袋を破り、まな板の上でくっ付いてる間に包丁を軽く当てて叩いて頂くと１本１本取れますのでお好みに小分けして冷凍し必要な分のみを使用して頂けます。
原料ブロックがビニールフィルムで巻かれているためカットする前に目視で確認しておりますが料理のの際にもう一度確認お願い致します。残ってた場合は取り除いて使用ください。
