「何かが熱狂的な状態」を意味する“Mania” と“Snow Man”を掛け合わせた「Snow Mania」は、Snow Manの多方面の魅力が感じられる楽曲と映像を詰め込み、リスナーを虜=Maniaにさせることを目指す、宝づくしのアルバム作品。
初回盤Aには新曲の他に、ファン待望のJr.時代の楽曲の一部を初のCD音源化。DVD/Blu-rayには新曲「EVOLUTION」のMusic Videoに加えて、Jr.時代の楽曲からセレクトした「終わらない Memories」のMusic Videoも新たに撮り下ろして収録。また、未公開となっていた1stシングルのカップリング曲「Snow World」のMusic Videoも今回のアルバムに合わせて初収録。
初回盤Bには過去のMusic Videoの他、3本の特典映像を収録。特典映像の1つでもある「IX as One 〜The Animation〜」は、Snow Manメンバーのアバターを制作し、通常盤に収録されているボイスドラマをアニメーション化。
通常盤には新曲とボイスドラマに加えて、メンバー全員でアイディアを出して制作したボーナストラックを収録。
