台湾台北市重慶北路にある「林華泰茶行」は、1883年に創業し、百年の老舗ならではの風格であり、濃厚な茶葉の香りが溢れて、台北で最も歴史のあるお茶の問屋で、大口の卸売りや、一般の方への小売りも致しております。「林華泰茶行」は「品質が良く、値段が安い」を原則に、優れた茶葉を台湾は元より、日本やアメリカ等世界各国のお客様にご提供しております.
凍頂烏龍茶は、台湾で製造される台湾茶で、青茶・烏龍茶の 一種。 もともと台湾・南投県鹿谷郷東部の山腹で栽培される烏龍茶の名称。現在では 台湾の広範囲において栽培されており、台湾を代表する烏龍茶として認知されている。 味は緑茶に近いが、殺青（茶葉の加熱処理）の方法が日本茶とは異なるため、独特の爽やかな香りがする、日本でも高い人気を誇っています。

凍頂烏龍茶の２つの楽しみ方
１．９５℃の熱湯で淹れる→全ての茶器を充分温めてから、少し高い位置からお湯をゆっくり回しかけ、蓋をして蒸らします。茶杯に入っているお湯もかけてあげると、茶器の温度が下がらず、茶葉の開きがよくなります。
２．マグカップで淹れる→先に熱湯でカップを１分以上温めておきましょう。淹れるときは皿などで蓋をすると、茶葉がよく蒸れて香りがアップします。
