調理例
蜆らーめんスープ（1人前分）
1.しじみ調味エキス22cc（大さじ1杯半）
2.加水（400cc）
3.鍋に1と2を入れる
4.強火で沸騰させる
5.スープを器に移す
※ラーメンの具に、しじみ、ゆで玉子、メンマ、ワカメ、なると、刻みネギ等お好みのものをご用意しトッピングしてお楽しみください。
