活〆して出荷しますので、魚の旨味を最大限引き出せます。。

今年4月入荷した物を冷凍物を解凍したものとなります。
境港の銀鮭は稚魚の段階から管理されていますので、とれたて鮮魚同様にお刺身で召し上がれます。

鮭と言えば北の海のイメージが強
いですが、境港で銀鮭が養殖され
ています。 冬場の水温が低過ぎ
ない境港は鮭がよくエサを食べ成
長が早いとのこでと。
