C.出品ルール＜特定商品＞
・美術品
(1) 美術品の出品については以下の規定を順守すること
a 真贋（しんがん）が不明の作品を出品しないこと
b 特定の作者の作品を出品する場合は、「(2)」に基づく場合を除き、真作を出品すること。
なお、商品タイトルや商品説明に作者を記載していない場合でも、作品中の署名、サイン、
落款の画像を掲載しているものなど、特定の作者の作品であることを示唆していると
当社が判断したものは、特定の作者の作品とみなします（「(2)」でも同様です）。
c 真作を出品する場合は、真作であることを明記し、万が一真作でない際には
返品を受ける旨を商品説明に明記すること
※ノークレーム・ノーリターンと記載するなど返品に応じない旨の記載はしないでください
(2) 特定の作者の作品の模写（第三者の作品や作風などを模倣した真作以外の作品）を
出品する場合は、次のaからdも合わせて順守すること。
a 知的財産権を侵害しない作品であること
b 商品タイトルの先頭に【模写】と記載し、商品説明にも模写であることを明記すること
c 真作を示唆する表現を用いないこと
d 模写であっても、権利者からの知的財産権保護プログラムに基づく申告により、
当社が相当と判断した場合、当社は当該オークションを削除します。
模写を出品する際には、いま一度以下の例や注意点をご確認ください。
