精米済みの令和6年産のコシヒカリです。田植えなどの作業で中断していましたが、まだ在庫があるので出品を再開させていただきます。
毎年、農協のセンターから苗を購入していますので100%コシヒカリです。自家苗ではないので他品種は混じっていません。
4/29に精米するまでは12℃の保冷庫で保管しており、精米後に保冷庫に戻してあります。
6年産から色彩選別機にかけましたので、変色米はほとんどないです。
選別機の網目は1.85mm、いわゆるLサイズです。割れ米や未熟米は基本的に入ってないはずですが、精米時に少し割れることがあります。
写真でわかる通り粒の背中部分が白くなってます。高温障害や肥料切れが原因だと考えてます。
炊き立ては問題ないですが、白化部分が水を含みすぎるのか保温を続けると食感が若干低下するように思います。
精米は標準づきです。重量換算で88%の精米度合でした。
栽培中に使用した農薬は、田植え時の苗の消毒と7月のカメムシ殺虫剤を１回です。
令和５年の除草剤が思いのほか効果を発揮したため残存した雑草が少なく、除草剤は昨年は撒きませんでした。
食品なので返品不可です。ノークレームノーリターンを承諾いただける方のみ入札してください。
梱包は精米後の重量で10kgです。
徳島県からゆうパック100サイズ（おてがる配送）でお送りします。
東京へは1260円、大阪は1100円です。
