CB400SF nc39後期 04B のOH済みキャブレターになります。ブラスト処理、超音波洗浄致しました。
内部経路通済みです。
フロートチャンバーパッキン、ダイヤフラム、エアーカットバルブホース、フロートバルブ(純正)、各種Oリング、は新品交換してあります。
新品Oリング交換済みですので別途新品Oリング取り付け料など追加料金は発生致しません。

メインジェット 1、4番 102

ニードル B70G
パイロットスクリューは2-3/8転戻し、バタフライ簡易調整してあります。
パイロットスクリューはDタイプから調整しやすい+字タイプに変更してあります。
先端部同サイズです。
どちらも取り付け後、同調調整してください
ガソリン漏れ、オーバーフロー無し、確認済みです。
バタフライもシャフトからバラし、フェルト
6箇所新品交換してます。
バタフライのネジも新品ステンレスに交換し、ネジロック剤にて緩み止め対策もしてありますので安心です。（画像7.8）
フロートチャンバー、カバーボルトなどは全てステンレスボルトに変更してます。
