魚を掛けてから素早く胴に乗るバランスはそのままに、そこからは引きに応じてじっくりと曲がり込むバランスを追及。唐突な張り感によるノサれはなく、魚がゴムで引張られているように、徐々に泳力の限界に近づいていき、止まる。
異次元の粘りを見せる理想の尾長竿として『MONSTER TORQUE尾長』が完成した。
