＜概要＞ロンドンのチェルシー地区にある王立病院ROYAL CHELSEA HOSPITALにて、退役軍人を迎え入れる軍医が着用していたドクタージャケット。当個体は1960年代に使用されていたもので、一般には市場に出回ることが殆どない、大変貴重なスペシャルピースです。
ロイヤルネイビー（イギリス海軍）によるれっきとしたミリタリーウェアですが、上品なスタンドカラー、ずらりと９つ並んだフロントボタン、丁寧な縫製、立体的な裁断され湾曲したアームホール等によって唯一無二のオーラを放つ一着です。
anatomica定番のドルマンジャケットのサンプリング元とも言われていますね。たっぷりした身幅があり、着用時には目の詰まった上質なメルトンウールが揺れるドレープが際立ちます。
裏地がサックスブルーのコットンツイルなので、後期型かと思われます。
（前期型では裏地に生成りのコットンが使用されています）
これだけ状態が良い個体は、今後殆ど出てないかと。この機会にぜひ！
