愛媛の島で農薬不使用で育てたレモンです。防腐剤、ワックスも不使用ですので皮まで使えます。
傷や黒点があり果皮の外観のあまり良くないものや
小さいもの、皮が少し柔らかくなったものなどで
サイズも不揃いの搾汁加工用のものになります。
品種は【ユーレカ】です。
1kgあたり6〜10個前後になりますが、
大きさにより個数は異なりますので
個数の質問にはお答えできかねます。
※4〜7月は大玉が多くなります。
箱詰めの際、検品には万全を期していますが、
輸送中に一晩で傷み・カビる場合があります。
万一傷みがあった場合も防腐剤、防カビ剤
