今の時期、脂が乗っておいしいと地元では大人気です。
当方も数回試食しましたが、煮ても焼いても美味しいのですが、お勧めは
やはり「しめ鯖」これがサバ．．．というくらい脂が乗って旨かったです。
きっと満足いただける物と確信しています。

また、お刺身用の活物ですので、着日の指定は出来ません。
体質および体調によっては当たる事がありますので安全の為
加熱或いは〆てお召し上がり下さい。
