弊社の治具はトーチとの間隔が短く角度が調節可能な為色々な配管径に適応します。
周りの酸素を巻き込まないので確実にシールされます。
初層が酸化しないので終層の肉の乗りが良く溶接がやりやすいです。仕上げの前にワイヤーブラシなどで磨く必要もない為作業効率も良いです。
治具は1ミリのSUS板で制作しており軽量です。アルゴンガスをトーチキャップから分岐させているので取り回しが良く、いつも通りの感覚で溶接が可能です。
１つ１つ丁寧に作っています。ハンドメイドになりますので写真と若干の違いはあると思いますが使用に問題ありません
