| 長さ 反り 元幅 先幅 元重 鎬厚 先重 鋒長 茎長 重量 | 68.3cm 3.3cm 3.0cm 1.8cm 0.60cm 0.67cm 0.39cm 2.6cm 20.3cm 672g | 鎬造、庵棟、身幅広く、反り深く、腰反りつき、小鋒。鍛は、板目肌に、杢目交じり、地沸微塵につき、地景入り、乱れ映り立つ。刃紋は、小互の目に、片落ち風の互の目交じり、小丁子など交じり、小足よく入り、匂出来、小沸つき、匂口明るい。帽子、乱れ込んで小丸。茎は磨上、先切、鑢目不明、目釘孔二。ハバキは、金着一重。 小反派は、南北朝時代の長船正系以外の長船鍛冶を指し、主な刀工としては、秀光、政光 、師光などがいる。本作は、身幅広く、腰反りつき、鋒小さく結ぶ反りの深い太刀で、乱れ映り立つ地鉄に、片落ち風の互の目に、小丁子など交じり、匂口明るい優品である。真贋は不明であるが、毛利元就佩刀と伝え、本阿弥光忠の一文字吉家極めの折紙が付帯する。 |
