南アフリカ原産の ピンクアイボリー用いた バーバー型の顎当てですピンクアイボリーは黒檀と同じ程度の硬さがあります
音の鳴りは 高いほうです
ガラスコート仕上げです ガラスコートは シンナーなどを使用しない エコ塗料です
ガラスコートを顎当てに用いているのは当工房だけです 他では ほとんどが ウレタンやニス ラッツカー または拭き漆もあるかもしれません ほとんどがシンナーを使用しますので アレルギーが出ることもあります
特に金具アレルギーと相まってアレルギーに悩んでおられる方もおられるようです
大きさ長さ11.2センチ 幅5.5センチ 高さ2.4センチ 重さ金具共６４グラム 金具はセミヒルの合金製です
