初回限定盤のみDVD付きの商品で、そのDVDには30周年記念ショートフィルムが収録されており、広瀬すずさん、小関裕太さん、原田佳奈さん、牧瀬里穂さんらが出演されています。
大きなダメージはありませんが、個人保管のため経年劣化はありますのでコレクションには不向きです。未使用品を鑑賞されたい方向けの商品になります。

・宅急便の場合
商品をエアーパッキンで包み、それを段ボール箱に入れて、注意事項をワレモノとして発送します。
段ボールと商品の隙間には緩衝材を入れ、中で動かないように梱包します。
