主にガソリンホースを留める際の重要パーツです。
※ホースクリップを使用せずホース単体でホースを装着していると振動や引っ掛かり等でホースが外れ、最悪燃料が漏れて車両火災になったり、ガソリン漏れにより車体の塗装が剥げたり、エンジン故障の原因にもなります。
人によっては結束バンド（インシュロック）で留める人も居ますが、結束バンドは経年劣化で結束バンドが壊れて知らずのうちにホースが外れたりする可能性もあります。（耐候性品でも結束バンドが経年劣化で壊れた話があります）
なお、当ホースクリップは再使用不可能です。ホースを交換ごとにホースクリップを新品交換してください。
