ドレンボルトからセンサーを取り出すのが一般的かと思いますが、オイル交換の度に配線を外して、タイラップを切って、また接続して、、という手間も掛かりますし、何度も脱着をしていると断線等の不具合も発生しやすくなります。マフラーによっては配線を溶かすかもしれません。
こちらのセットを使用すればクランクケースのオイルパスキャップより油温を取り出せます。指定品は赤アルマイトのため旧車に取り付けると浮いてしまいますが、こちらの商品は真鍮製のため目立ちませんし旧車に似合うかと思います。一度取り付けをすれば取り外す手間もありません。
