－オケ・メンバー表掲載。コンマスはゴルダン・ニコリッチ。ニコリッチはセルビア出身のヴァイオリニスト (1968- )。2017年まで20年にわたってロンドン響のコンマスをつとめるとともにソロ活動を展開。PENTATONE、TACETなどに録音をおこなっています。－ブックレット内にニコリッチが指揮台のロストロポーヴィチと譜面を見ながら相談する写真が掲載されています。
