素材はコットン100％のフランネル生地。フランネルはシャツ生地に起毛をかけたもので、主に秋冬用、アウトドア用として使われる生地です。厚すぎず、薄すぎず、インナーとしても、アウターとしても、幅広く着用できる適度な肉厚のネル生地です。両胸にはボタン付きフラップポケットが設けられています。左胸ポケットにはテッドマンの青色ピスネーム、右胸ポケットには赤色ピスネームが縫い付けられています。主要部分の縫製は、2本針巻き縫いのヴィンテージワークシャツの仕様を再現した王道的のつくり。両脇裾にはマチが付き、空縫いすると出てくる空環の、2本針ダブルステッチの撚り糸。左胸のロゴは柄はチェーン刺繍と通常の刺繍。背中の柄は総チェーン刺繍。
