80'sを漂わせながらもポップさに拘った音楽性と、端正なルックス&耽美なビジュアル・イメージで、唯一無二のステイタスを確立している、英マンチェスター出身のエレクトロ・ポップ・デュオ<ハーツ>の約2年半ぶりとなる3rdアルバム。
前2作とは違う新プロデューサ―2人(マドンナ等を手掛けたスチュアート・プリンスと、カイリー・ミノーグなどを手掛けたアリエル・リヒトシェイド)を迎え、また前2作での地元マンチェスターでの制作環境を変えて、今作ではイビザ島/LA/NY/スイスなど、様々なロケーションにて制作された本作は、セオ(vo)が「前作は内向的かつ張りつめた作品だったかもしれないが、今作はそれとは逆のものだ」と太鼓判を押している力作だ。
