始まりは、平凡な毎日を送るごく普通の高校生コユキ(佐藤健)とNY帰りの天才ギタリスト南竜介(水嶋ヒロ)との偶然の出会い。 竜介は、千葉(桐谷健太)、平(向井理)を誘い、バンドを結成。 さらに、強引にコユキとサク(中村蒼)という若いメンバーを加えてバンド・BECKとしての活動を始める。 その中で、コユキはギターを練習し、バンド活動へ没頭していき、いつしか天性の才能を開花させていく。 さらに、コユキは、もっとも自分の才能を評価し、また、応援してくれている竜介の妹・真帆(忽那汐里)に淡い恋心を抱いていくのだった。 個性あふれるメンバーによって結成されたBECKは、徐々に頭角を現し始め、CDデビューやライブハウスでの成功を重ねる。 さらには、あるきっかけからコユキの才能が世間に認知され、注目度が加速！ そんな状況の中、飛び込んできたロックフェスへの出演依頼。 だが、ある事件をきっかけに、音楽メジャーシーンを牛耳るプロデューサーの陰謀に巻き込まれ……。
