子供たちが小さい頃、お祭りの出店で「大阪焼き」というのを売っていて、「よく買って」とせがまれました。
今川焼のような楕円形をした、お好み焼きみたいなものでしょうか？
今も売っているかどうかわかりませんが、鮮やかな手つきで、ザアッと、粉つぎに入った水溶きの小麦粉を焼き器に流し入れて、パッパと具を放り込んで、パカッと卵を割って入れるのです。
出来上がりを待つ間、それを見るのが好きでした。
子供たちも大きくなり、もう買うこともないけれど、懐かしい思い出です。
