モーター音が聞こえて格納不良の場合稀にこちらのウォームギアが割れている事も有ります。(モーター軸とウォームギア 接続部分のガタが大きくなり空回りしている事も有ります。)金属製ギアに変えても治らない方はコチラをどうぞ。
ステップワゴンドアミラーのスイッチを入れても空回りして格納しない場合、内部のはすば歯車（ヘリカルギヤ）が不良の可能性が高いです。
長年乗ると、純正は樹脂製ギアの為ミラー開閉で割れます。私のRK5も右左ミラーが故障して動かなくなり、モーター交換や樹脂製から金属製ギアへと交換しました。手間は掛かりますがディラーで4万円前後の修理代を考えると同じ境遇でDIYでお安く交換したい人にオススメ致します。
シャフトは付属しておりません。金属ギヤを付け替えて交換して下さい。
モーター音がしない場合はモーター不良の可能性が大きいです。前兆現象としてミラーの開閉操作をしてもたまに片方だけモーター音がせず動かない事がある(何度か開閉ボタンを押すと直る)など接続不良？の様な症状が出て、暫く様子を見ていると完全に動かなくなる、などあります。
