2STエンジンで重要なオイルポンプ調整用新品シムの出品です。
オイル吐出量を適正量に調整する事でオイル燃費は格段に向上します。
2STだから煙が出るのは当たり前ですが、その吐出量は大丈夫でしょうか？
少なすぎるとエンジンは焼付きます。（オイルポンプは走行距離が増えるとで内部が磨耗しオイル量は増えても少なくなる事はありません）
多すぎると煙幕とオイル飛びが酷くなりチャンバーから黒いオイルが垂れて掃除が大変になります。
確実に調整すると少量の白煙とチャンバー出口のオイル垂れは無くなり、排気音も乾いた音になりエンジンは非常に気持ちよく回ります。
オイルポンプ調整用シムをセットにしてみました。
セット内容 0.5 0.3 0.2 0.15 0.1 0.05ｍｍ
上記の6枚が1セットとなっています。
確実に言えることはこのシムセットで燃費が良くなります。
オイル飛びが多いバイクでは数回ツーリングに行くだけでこの費用は回収出来ます。
オイルポンプの調整は自己責任となりますので、腕に自信がない方はプロショップにお願いしたほうがよいです。
発送はネコポスとなります。
※ツーリング後にリヤ周りがオイルで黒くなってるような2ST車は調整後もチャンバーからしばらくオイルは飛びます。
実体験ですがオイル飛の酷かったR1-Zを調整後、高回転で高速走行を続けたらチャンバー内部で引火し白煙が異様に出ました。（チャンバー内で燃えてる音がします）
このような場合はエンジンは停止せずに白煙が収まるまで走り続ける方が良いと思います。
