今年も始まりました。毎年大人気の果物です。産地から直送させていただきます。
今年は特に例年に比べ出荷量が少ない見込みのためお買い求めの方はお早めにどうぞ！！

河内晩柑は、さっぱりとした食味で、爽快な香り漂うたっぷりの果汁が特徴です。「和製グレープフルーツ」とも呼ばれますが、グレープフルーツのような苦味はなく、爽やかな甘みがあります。
木に実らせておける期間が長い為、シーズン中に3種類の味わいの変化を楽しむことができます。
今ですと5月頃の晩柑がお楽しみ頂けます。
5月頃
果汁がたっぷりで、果肉はトロトロとやわらか。
酸味も残っていて、河内晩柑らしいさっぱりとしたジューシーな味わい。
6月頃
徐々に酸味と果汁が少なくなってきて、うまみが感じられるようになります。甘み・酸味・果汁の量・果肉の食感など、バランスのいい時期です。
7月頃
果汁は少なくなりますが、実が引き締まってプリプリとした食感が楽しめます。さっぱりとした後口の甘さで、文旦に近い印象になります。
