時間が経過するとほしいもの特性上、表面が白くなりますが品質には問題ありません。（カビではありません）
お手元に届いた際に一部白くなっていても食味に変わりはございません。
粉吹きの物は熟している証拠です。
甘味が強いです。
※平干し、丸干し共に 形 大きさ不揃いで多少硬めの物も混ざる事がございます。
硬いなどのクレームには対応出来かねますのでご理解下さい。
贈答用ではなく ご家族で召し上がる様、また知人へのプレゼントなどに良いかと思います。
そのままでも柔らかめですが(個人差あります)、トースターで少し温めると更に柔らかく甘味が強くなり美味しいです。
