香港で開催される世界的なファッションショー「東京ガーリーモード」のメインモデルが行方不明になり、モデルと瓜二つの美雪(川口春奈)に代役の依頼が舞い込む。香港に降り立った金田一一(はじめ)(山田涼介)、佐木竜二(有岡大貴)らはショーまでの間に香港での観光を楽しむが、その最中に美雪が誘拐されてしまい、直後、携帯に「けいさつにいえばおんなのいのちはない」とメッセージが届く。メールには美雪の写真が添付され、しばらくすると血まみれの死体の写真に変わった。そして画面には「毒龍」という文字が…。その後、一たちは凄惨な連続殺人事件に巻き込まれていく…。事件の裏には20年前に消えた“九龍財宝”が関わっているらしい。果たして事件の真相は?!一は無事、美雪を助け出すことが出来るのか？
