スープはどちらかというと、あっさり系の豚骨スープです。
麺は若干素麺っぽいが、さすがに棒麺タイプとあって 、
インスタント麺らしさがあまりなく、生麺のような 食感を味わうことができます。
神埼素麺大坪製麺は「まるかん」の屋号でも知られている。
そうめんの本格 メーカー！！です！
「さがんもん」は「佐賀者」という意味です。
お好みで、ラー油や胡麻などの調味料を入れると
い っそうおいしく召し上がれます。
たまにはちょっと変わった珍しいラーメンはいかが でしょうか。
地元九州でもあまり見かけないラーメンです。
福岡へ帰る際に、 神埼市の友人から珍しい物がお土産 に渡された。
九州の棒ラーメンといえば、マルタイ食品やサンポー食品が有名 ですが、
この「さがんもんの干しラーメン」という 商品は見たことも聞いたことも無い。
「さがんもん」とは、佐賀者という意味である。
大坪製麺は神埼そうめんの製造業者の多い佐賀県神埼市 内 のメーカーです。
地元では「まるかん」の屋号でも知ら れているという。
このラーメン自体は割と古くからあり、地元では長き にわたって
親しまれてきたそうですが、 以前の商品は麺 を別に
茹でなければならなかったそうです。
それを2012年に一つの鍋で手軽に作れるように改良し 、
パッケージも一新されました。
初めてこのラーメンを食した時、 期待以上の 旨さに驚きました！！！！！
