キジカクシ科ギボウシ属
多年草
【商品情報】ギボウシは山間に自生している、花が美しい品種です。変種が出来やすく数多くの品種があります。日本だけではなく海外でも人気がある品種です。葉は根本から大きく広がります。発色がよく日栄えがします。花は初夏から秋にかけて咲きます。花がでると一日足らずでしぼんでしまう、寿命の短い花です。斑入り品種や花の色が違う品種があります。冬になると葉がすべて枯れて球根だけになります。春になるとまた新芽が出てきます。
【育て方】
半日陰から日陰で適湿な場所を好みます。日にあたり過ぎると葉が焼けます。強健で殆ど手をかけずに成長します。冬は球根だけになります。
