低温肥大性に優れ、春まきでは安定した早生性を示します。
夏まきではやや穏やかに肥大し、年末から１～２月どり向きです。
根長は１８cm位、尻詰まりのよい長めの円筒形です。
黒葉枯れ病・シミ病に強く栽培が容易で、収穫物は裂根少なく収量が安定しています。
アロマ809に比べ草勢が強く、尻部まで良く肥大し高収量が望めます。

冷涼地 ３月トンネル栽培～４月中旬まきベタ掛け（北海道南部～東北）
中間地 １月下旬（マルチあり：１月中旬）～２月まきトンネル栽培
８月中旬まき
暖地 １月まきトンネル栽培
８月下旬～９月上旬まき
注意
低温下での早まきは抽苔する恐れがありますので、
平坦地～暖地では年明け以降のトンネル栽培をお勧めします。
夏まきではエクボ病などの高温障害を避けるため、早まきを避けてください。
