「カンヌービ」「コスティ・ディ・ローゼ」などの単一畑を所有しており、現在バローロ新世代の旗手として注目を浴び、日本では「神の雫」にも載っている「バローロカンヌービボスキス」を輩出したルチアーノ・サンドローネ氏も、このマルケージ・ディ・バローロで研鑽を積んだそうです。
マルケージディバローロのワインは、1950年代でも状態が良く、プロの間でも信頼の高いものなので、スーパーオールドヴィンテージワインと言えます。
