【Pong!Kozz】は日本国内の法規を遵守してエアガンパーツの企画・設計・製造しています東京マルイ、ガスブローバックM45A1用のSLP(SuperLightPiston)超軽量ピストンです。
大手3Dプリントサービスの業務用機にて製造、ナイロン樹脂製、黒染色です。
重量わずか7g、純正の45gと比較して圧倒的に軽く、スライド後退スピードアップ、レスポンス向上、低温作動向上、ガス消費低減、等々メリットは沢山。
スライド重量が軽くなるのでリコイルが軽減、マズルジャンプを抑制出来ます。
ピストンカップは専用設計のOリングタイプ、ナイロン樹脂無染色の磨き、
OリングサイズS-11.2のFKM(フッ素ゴム)Oリング付属。
ガスカットタイミングを早めるオマケパーツつき。
切り取ってご使用下さい。
(使わない場合も切り取って下さい)
ピストンローラー回りのパーツ、及び取り付けネジは純正品を流用してください。
基本的にはボルトオン交換出来る様に設計していますが、個体差によって若干のすり合わせが必要な場合もあります。
耐久性に関しては純正よりは劣るとは思いますが、1000発程度の試し撃ちでは目立った損耗はありませんでした。
あくまでも純正ガス及び同等の圧力での使用を想定していますので、高圧での使用については考慮も検証もしていません。
テストを繰返した上で製品化、販売させて頂いてはおりますが、取り付け、ご使用については自己責任にてお願い致します。
