「トルコメニスタン」という国にも絨毯はありますが、
イランにある「トルクメン」はペルシャ絨毯の独自織り方であるため世界的に有名で人気があります。
トルクメンはとても古い歴史を持っております。その当時から絨毯が織られておりその頃のデザインなどが今にも継承されております。
トルクメンの絨毯はアンティークなものが多く世界的にとても人気があります。
トルクメンの絨毯はザクロのような赤い色が使用されることが多いです。
