1999年、米国コロラド州ジェファーソン郡で起きたコロンバイン高校銃乱射事件を題材に、マイケルムーア監督がドキュメンタリー形式で制作した映画「ボーリング・フォー・コロンバイン」のパンフレット。
サイズ18.2×18.2ｃｍの表紙に、同サイズの12枚のカードが挿入された変形パンフです。
NRA（全米ライフル協会）の親分だったチャールトン・ヘストンやマリリン・マンソンのカードが入っています。
折れ目や著しい傷・汚れはありません。
アメリカが持つ銃社会の闇という重いテーマを軽妙なタッチでリズミカル描き出した「ボーリング・フォー・コロンバイン」。
映画の中ではマイケルムーア自身による、悪名高きマンソンへのインタビュー場面がありますが、
