予てより、 カートリッジス周りのチューニングパーツとして種々の品を提供させて頂いておりますが、ドライカーボン製品
の新たな拘りの一品として「ビス用ナット（Ｍ２．６）」を製作致しました。
寸法：外径 約４．６ｍｍ 内径 約２．５ｍｍ 厚さ ２ｍｍ
重量：約０．０５ｇ
ドライカーボンは炭素繊維シートを多層に重ねエポキシ樹脂を含侵させて焼結したもので、細かな切削加工が難しく結果
として歩留まりが悪くなる欠点がありますが、軽量高強度に加え制振性能に優れた素材の特性を生かすべく試作を重ね
製作にチャレンジした次第です。
今回製作のナットは、下穴φ２．２ｍｍ、Ｍ２．６のタップを用いてネジ穴加工の上片面にマイナスドライバー用に
約０．５ｍｍの溝も設けてあります。（３枚目の写真参照下さい）
（注）ドライカーボンは金属の様な粘りがなく溝が欠けやすい為、ネジの着脱の際には無理な力が掛からない様に注意ください。
