クナッパーツブッシュ４種目のエロイカはブレーメン・フィルとの正規盤。
冒頭２和音の、気合の入ったずっしりと重たい感触から、既にただごとではない雰囲気があたりを祓いますが、
その後の進行もまさに期待どおりの凄いもので、
終楽章コーダに至るまで、生き物のように自在な音楽が、聴き手を魅了せずにおきません。
音質も、当時のライヴ録音の水準を大きく上回る鮮明なもので、
モノラルとはいえ鑑賞には十分なクオリティが確保されていると言えるでしょう。
