こちらの商品は迫力あるボリュームの1/100 バイファムの塗装済完成品になります。各部甘い部分の修正やディテールアップ、モールドの彫り治し、基本工作を丁寧に行い美しい完成品を心掛け製作致しました。
今では資料としても貴重な当時の販促カタログ2種もオマケでお付け致します。
あまり完成品も出回らないキットかと思いますのでこの機会にいかがでしょうか
製作工程
①パーツ洗浄後、ゲート処理、ヒケ等の処理、各部合わせ目処理
②パーツの表面処理、エッジ等のシャープ化、全体に塗料の食付きをよくするための足付け作業
③タガネを使用し浅いモールド等の彫り治し、腕部動力ケーブルをメッシュパーツに交換、ハンドパーツはジオン系MS用のレジンキットに変更
④下地としてサーフェイサー塗装
⑤ガイアノーツ、クレオスのラッカー塗料を使用し、エアブラシ塗装（発色を良くするため各色に少量の蛍光カラーを混色し塗装）
⑥エナメル塗料を使用し、スミ入れ
⑦トップコート・つや消しコート（ガイアのフッ素配合つや消し使用）
