■ 今季（2024年7月）に自家採種したものを、たっぷり大さじ山盛り２杯分をお送りします。
■ 「ふだん草 （別名、うまい菜） 」、固定種、在来種です。
■ 西洋ふだん草（スイスチャード）の人気があるようですが、こちらは日本の在来種です。
■ ５年前から、神奈川県で自然農（農薬不使用、無肥料、不耕起栽培）で育てています。
■ 当方では発芽率はとても良好ですが、栽培条件によるので保証はできかねます。
（一晩、水に浸けてから種蒔きすると、発芽が揃いやすいかもしれません。）
■ 【播き時】春～秋（４月～１０月初旬ぐらい）まで播くことができ夏の暑さにも強い、私一押しの菜っ葉野菜です。（暖地では冬もトンネルをすれば栽培できるようです。）
■ クセのないほうれん草のような野菜で、大きく成長しても柔らかく、いろいろな料理に使えると思います。
■ 収穫は、ほうれん草ぐらいの大きさになった株を抜き取っても良いですし、外葉からかき取っても良いと思います。
■ 自家採種後、枝からこそぎ取って乾燥させました。多少の葉や異物混入があるかもしれません。そのまま播いて問題ありません。
■ 自家採種される方へ。春に塔立ちしはじめて６月頃から大量の種が採れます。
