自生したスミレで、高さ3～10cmの多年草。地上茎はありません。
葉は長い葉柄があって根生し、長さ1.5～4cmの三角状披針形～さじ形となります。
果実は蒴果で熟すと3裂して、種子を飛ばします。
〔栽培〕
増殖は実生、株分けによります。
日当たりと水はけがよく、腐植質に富んだ土壌を好みます。
水やりは土の表面が乾いたらたっぷりと与えます。
肥料は元肥のほか、春～秋に薄めた液肥を2週に1回施します。
花 3〜5月 9〜11月
毎年株を増やします
3株を発注後、根をしっかり保湿し第4種郵便にて月曜日発送致します。
