商品解説■国鉄165系 モハ164-800 Ｍ 冷改車が、HOゲージスケールで登場です。
165系は、昭和33(1958)年に開発された153系の構造を踏襲しつつ、
寒冷地・勾配線区に対応した性能を備えて、昭和38(1963)年3月に登場した直流急行型電車です。
Mc-M-Tcを基本とした3両から十数両までの長編成まで、
様々な用途に適応した標準型急行電車として増備され活躍しました。
本製品は、昭和44(1969)年以降の冷房改造車(サロ165のみ新製冷房車)で
大型前照灯タイプをプロトタイプとして模型化しました。
